Choose Functional / Faults, then select Rear Camera Faulty, Cracked Camera Lens / Vibration, or both. Include Face ID separately if it is also affected.

• Image shaking or camera vibration
• Cracked or missing lens cover
• Black spots, blur, or damaged camera modules

What affects the offer

• Which camera or lens is affected

• Damage around the rear glass or housing

Select both camera options if the lens cover and camera operation are affected. Inspection checks the camera modules as well as visible glass damage.
