An unreliable or non-working charging port can be selected in the condition quote. Include any battery, cable-detection, or power issues that appear alongside it.
Choose Damaged / faulty if the iPhone still powers on and functions, then select Charging port. Use Dead if it cannot be powered or assessed.
Do not force a cable into a damaged port. The inspection confirms whether the issue is isolated to the port or affects other components.
